Industrial VOCs catalyst

An environmentally friendly material that decomposes volatile organic compounds (VOCs) through catalytic oxidation, primarily used for organic waste gas treatment in fields such as painting, printing, and chemical engineering. It utilizes cordierite ceramic honeycomb as the primary carrier, γ-Al2O3 as the secondary carrier, and employs active components such as precious metals Pd and Pt, achieving a purification efficiency of over 97% within the temperature range of 220℃~750℃.

Gasoline and natural gas (ICE)pd-pt-rh catalyst

The carrier component of a three-way catalyst is a porous ceramic material installed in a specially designed exhaust pipe. It is called a carrier because it does not participate in the catalytic reaction itself, but rather becomes a catalyst after being coated with a layer of precious metals such as platinum, rhodium, and palladium, as well as rare earth coatings. The exhaust system layout is designed according to the catalyst of different sizes in combination with the car chassis.
